How to Do a Kidney Cleanse

Most people focus on a liver or colon cleanse, but a kidney cleanse is just as important, especially if you have had any type of urinary infection.

3 Things to Add into Your Diet:

1) Herbs
Stinging Nettles- High in vitamin C, this herb helps filter out extra fluids in the kidneys. Suggested use is 3 glasses of tea per day.
